When creating a share link, enable password protection.
Set a password
Choose a password and share it with your recipients through a separate channel — never in the same message as the link.
Recipients enter the password
Visitors must enter the password before they can view the content.
Send the link and the password by different means (e.g. email the link, text the
password) so neither alone is enough to gain access.
